Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund under the following conditions:
✓ Eligible for Refund:
- • Refund requested within 24 hours of payment
- • PDF has NOT been downloaded
- • Technical failure or double-payment
✗ Not Eligible for Refund:
- • After 24 hours from payment
- • After PDF has been downloaded
- • Dissatisfaction with complaint outcome (we do not control outcomes)
- • Change of mind after content was accessed
How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] within 24 hours of payment
- Include: Razorpay payment ID, complaint reference ID, and email used during payment
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
Technical Issues & Failures
If payment was deducted but complaint was not unlocked due to a technical error, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your payment ID. We will resolve within 2 business days.
Razorpay Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay's own refund policy may apply. Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 5-10 business days depending on the bank. UPI refunds are typically faster.
