We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account registration details (name, email, phone)
  • Complaint content you enter (issue description, company details, transaction references)
  • Evidence files you upload (screenshots, bank statements)
  • Payment transaction records (via Razorpay — we do not store card numbers)

We automatically collect basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) for improving the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and store your complaint drafts
  • To process payments via Razorpay
  • To communicate with you about your complaint status
  • To improve our service and fix issues
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share complaint content with third parties except as required by law.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based database with Row Level Security). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Row Level Security ensures users can only access their own complaints and files.

4. What We Do NOT Store

  • Bank card numbers or CVV
  • Passwords (handled by Supabase Auth)
  • OTPs or PINs

We advise users not to upload sensitive financial credentials in evidence files.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email [email protected] to request data deletion or export.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie (httpOnly) for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
